Relax the mind, relax the body, and allow the breath to flow effortlessly.  Within a few moments the mind switches into a peaceful relaxed mode and the body lets go of tension.

Each of my classes includes a meditation session as an added bonus.  Even if you have never tried to meditate before, I am sure you will enjoy our relaxed style.
